Faculty Programs for Advancing Inclusive Pedagogy on Catholic Campuses Lessons from Three Endeavors at One Institution

Main Article Content

Abstract

After establishing that inclusive pedagogy contributes to the education for justice to which all Catholic colleges and universities are called, the authors describe three faculty-led inclusive-pedagogy initiatives from their institution: (1) summer reading groups, (2) a workshop series, and (3) a peer-mentoring program. For other Catholic institutions interested in promoting inclusive pedagogy among faculty on their campuses, the essay concludes with several lessons about inclusive-pedagogy programming that emerged from these three endeavors at one institution.
